Volume 2 of the CRISP book series will show how companies can plan and create a new production operation based on the CRISP framework. Speaking both in general terms and specifically about the new Siemens Electronics Works Singapore, the book will explain how the individual parts of the puzzle can be joined together, from the approach, to planning and site selection, to the design of production lines and systems. The book will focus in particular on the major role that digital twins can now play in planning. Guest authors will also share their thoughts in Volume 2.

CRISP Planning – Digital Twin and Greenfield Application

Volume 3 will focus extensively on the construction and commissioning of the new Siemens Electronic Works Singapore. Planned and implemented on the basis of CRISP, the plant vividly exemplifies the strengths of the new manufacturing approach. The book is scheduled to be published in 2027.
